CAD Designer - Site Layout & Visualisation
About Eonnora Research and Development
Eonnora Research and Development is the clean energy research and development arm of the Singapore-based Eonnora Group. A joint R&D program has been established together with Windside - a pioneer in vertical-axis wind power technology - focused on micro and nano grid solutions — standalone and grid-connected — built around Windside’s wind power systems, battery storage, and integrated power electronics. As a part of this team, you will take products from concept through design, prototyping, testing, and preparation for manufacturing, supporting deployments in Singapore, India, and other international markets.
About the Role
You will turn sites into designs: producing maps, site layouts, and visual landscape drawings that place Windside Linear Power systems, buildings, and supporting infrastructure into real surroundings — from rooftops and coastal sites to campuses and islands. Your drawings support feasibility studies, client proposals, authority submissions, and construction.
- Produce site layout plans and maps positioning Windside Linear Power systems, buildings, cable routes, and equipment within existing surroundings
- Create visual landscape drawings and 3D visualisations/renders showing installations in context for clients and stakeholders
- Develop CAD drawing packages for site works: general arrangements, elevations, sections, and setting-out drawings
- Incorporate survey data, terrain, and site constraints (access, setbacks, wind exposure, shading) into layouts
- Prepare drawing sets for proposals, permits, and authority submissions in coordination with the engineering team
- Maintain the drawing library, title blocks, and CAD standards across projects
- Visit sites as needed to capture measurements, photos, and context
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in CAD design, architectural technology, civil/landscape design, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience producing maps, site plans, and landscape/context drawings, and placing equipment or buildings into real environments
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D an advantage) plus a 3D/visualisation tool such as SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or Twinmotion
- Ability to read and work from survey drawings, architectural drawings, and engineering inputs
- Strong sense of scale, composition, and clear technical presentation
Preferred Qualifications
- GIS experience (QGIS/ArcGIS) or drone/photogrammetry data handling
- Experience with renewable energy, infrastructure, or landscape architecture projects
- Basic knowledge of Singapore submission drawing conventions
